TRACK RECORD
Fund One – what came before.
Fund One was a 506(a) offering closed among investors who already knew John personally. It raised $1M and closed in August 2024.
FUND ONE RETURNS
Fund One investors have been receiving fixed annual returns since January 2023, escalating from 10% in year one to 12% by year five. Most investors came on in January 2023 and are past the 36-month mark.
Fund One was a separate 506(a) offering with different terms from Fund Two. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
