Wingfield Financial is a private equity firm built differently from most funds at this size. John Clark does not hand investor capital to third-party operators and wait for reports. He owns the mortgage company financing the acquisitions. He owns the construction and restoration company improving the properties. He is building the title company that handles closings.



Fund Two investors are getting access to a platform that has been running for years. Not a thesis. The actual infrastructure, already built.

Most accredited investors have the capital but not the platform. Buying a single rental property requires time, expertise, and full exposure to one asset in one market. Putting money into a 401(k) means trusting a system you cannot influence or even fully see.


Wingfield Financial offers a third option. Capital deployed into a vertically integrated portfolio of real operating businesses – mortgage, construction, property, title – run by the same GP who built them. The 30 to 36 month hold is structured. The minimum is $100,000. The fund is open to verified accredited investors under 506(c).
