WHAT MOMENTUM MORTGAGE DOES
The lending arm of the Wingfield platform.
Momentum Mortgage Group handles all acquisition financing for Wingfield fund positions. When the fund identifies an asset to acquire, Momentum Mortgage moves the capital. There is no external lender to negotiate with and no third-party approval chain.
The Momentum Mortgage Fund allows accredited investors to invest directly into this operating brokerage – rather than through the broader Fund Two structure. This is a targeted offering for investors who want direct exposure to the lending side of the platform.
Momentum Mortgage is also developing proprietary agentic AI software for loan pre-qualification, with planned expansion into title, real estate, and insurance operations. This software is funded and owned by Wingfield Financial.
Why a separate offering?
Fund Two deploys capital across a diversified mix of real estate, business ownership, and equity partnerships. The Momentum Mortgage Fund gives investors who specifically want lending and brokerage exposure a direct path into that operating company.
