John Richard Clark, Jr.

Bio
John Clark has 32 years of real estate investing experience, 28 years working within the financial service field that includes 10 years as a financial advisor and more recently 18 years as a residential and commercial real estate mortgage broker. He currently maintains ownership interest within five companies. They are Wingfield Financial, LLC along with the other four companies within the real estate industry performing as a commercial lender and broker, retail property sales, and a globally-distributed FinTech Startup that will serve the USA lending industry, nation-wide.
Aeonvita means Eternal Life and is a Virginia company formed in 2018 that performs real estate investing and commercial lending before it became the primary owner of Wingfield Financial.
John is responsible for executive leadership and oversight of this Investment Firm. His duties include overall direction of the firm, opportunity identification and research, vendor and franchise partnership, real estate purchases and related financing, business affiliations, and final authority of the Fund Investment determination. He is very excited to provide options for numerous people interested in business and real estate investments in a much bigger opportunity than they would normally be able to accomplish strictly on their own. The opportunity to combine intelligence, desires, connections, and finances with other like-minded investors and acquire numerous businesses that support the consistent preferred returns for their investors is a continual motivation for John to form and lead this firm with inspiration and great care.
John has served as an advisory board member for other national firms as well as a local pregnancy center in Virginia. He is also honored to direct a private family charitable foundation. When John is not diligently working at mastering his craft of serving others, he loves to experience luxurious and adventurous travel around the world. He relishes time with his four adult children and growing number of grandchildren, all with his wonderful wife of more than thirty-three years at his side.

Corrie Lawson, owner of Key Choice Solutions, is actively co-managing Wingfield Financial, LLC. In her current role, she oversees the company’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency and strategic growth. Her responsibilities include managing internal software tools, overseeing website and client portal development, and coordinating technology solutions. Additionally, she plays a key role in shaping the company's marketing strategy and overseeing Wingfield’s daily financial transactions. Looking ahead, Corrie is expected to take the lead in Human Resources and personnel management, further strengthening the company's internal structure.
With a sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a talent for operational coordination, Corrie has consistently delivered success in every aspect of her work. She excels at managing multiple business functions simultaneously, ensuring productivity while meeting critical deadlines.
Her extensive experience in the medical field has honed her ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Throughout her career, she has taken on management roles that required balancing administrative duties, client engagement, staff coordination, and program development. Her ability to lead teams, multitask efficiently, and drive results has positioned her as a highly capable professional, well-suited for her leadership role at Wingfield Financial.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Corrie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children. Drawing on his background in strategic outreach and relationship-driven fundraising, Curt connects accredited investors, family offices, and institutional partners with Wingfield’s diverse portfolio of real estate, small business, and corporate equity opportunities.
Known for his integrity, clarity of communication, and entrepreneurial mindset, Curt plays a key role in driving capital formation and delivering value to long-term investment partners. Using a consultative approach to every conversation, he is passionate about helping investors align capital with purpose and performance.

Ashley Clark

Ashley is an experienced marketing strategist and business development professional with a strong background in operations, branding, and team leadership. As a small business investor, Ashley focuses on marketing, sourcing investment opportunities, and overseeing administrative functions to drive business growth.
Ashley served as Director of Marketing & HR at Radical Restoration, where she led the company’s branding efforts, digital marketing strategy, and recruitment initiatives. From website development and content creation to employee engagement programs and performance management, Ashley played a critical role in building and strengthening the company’s internal and external presence.
Additionally, Ashley was the Director of Marketing & Operations at Solution Providers, where she spearheaded the development of CRM automation, social media management, and lead generation strategies. This role provided invaluable experience in optimizing operational workflows, managing industry events, and enhancing customer engagement. Through this position, Ashley honed expertise in systemized growth strategies and business infrastructure development.
With a strong foundation in operations and financial services, Ashley has a proven track record of streamlining procedures, enhancing efficiency, and implementing strategies that elevate business performance.
